With a diverse background in baking, music, epidemiology, ecology, and sailing, Aldo manages the administrative, operational, and logistic aspects of our team. His unwavering passion for leveraging natural, local, and renewable resources to create sustainable housing solutions, sequester carbon, and raise awareness about our agency to respond to the climate crisis make him an invaluable member of the team. While also  holding a grant-management position at the non-profit organization, United Way, Aldo is not only an invaluable member of our team, but our community.
