Sophie

a talented designer with an extensive farming, ecology, and  soil/water science background. She has held summer teaching appointments at University of Michigan, University of Washington, and Yale University, and is dedicated to research, youth education, and stewardship. Sophie is our point person for community outreach, grant writing, and interior design. With her rooted knowledge of agriculture, regenerative farming, soil and water science, she also maintains relationships with our farmers, sources our raw materials, and educates ag-related business about the benefits of organic and regenerative farming practices.
